Prices: Prices are in Indian Rupees and subject to alterations. Taxes extra as applicable.
Payment: Supplies are made against cash, advance demand draft or payment against documents through bank.
Consignments: Consignments are dispatched at customers own risk. The seller shall be under no obligation to replace goods which have been lost or damage in transit. Insurance cover to be taken by buyer.
Export: Due to instability of Dollar rates in India. Prices will be subjected to the current exchange Dollar rates. Enquire for special export prices.
Force Majeure: Notwithstanding whatever contained herein, in the event due to reasons beyond our control such as riots, strikes, civil commotions, shortage of raw materials, act of God, Government restrictions, etc., we are prevented from making supplies, we will not be liable for any penalization for delay or non-supply of the items.
